What clients say:
From Gerda P., Switzerland:
"My husband, two children, and I were impressed with Louise's bright, general
knowledge, especially in politics and American culture. We also appreciated
her kindness and patience. For more than a year, she taught us grammar,
conversation, writing, idiomatic expressions, American songs and history. We
also made some cultural excursions with her. She was so nice, and always
well prepared and on time. We were happy to have Louise as our teacher and
we highly recommend her."
From Ryohei U., Kumiai Chemical, Japan:
"I am Japanese and I was working in New York for a Japanese chemical company.
For almost a year Louise Egan helped me correspond with my American clients.
I appreciate so much her talent, patience, and good humor."
From Peter Stordalen, CEO, Home Invest Group, Norway:
"I am happy to recommend Louise Egan to everyone who wants to improve their
English. I was in New York for two months and was lucky to have Louise as my
teacher, for 4 days a week and up to 7 hours a day. (And she once helped me
edit a big presentation.) It was an intense program but Louise made it fun.
She always came prepared with articles from newspapers and magazines that
helped me learn about American culture, the news, writing styles, humor, and
New York itself. She also taught me just enough grammar to help me
understand my many mistakes. It was a pleasure to study with Louise and I
hope others can have as good an experience as I had."
From Michèle Lequarré, Belgium:
"When my husband's company transferred us to New York, they let me take
English lessons with Louise while we were there. Today, I find myself much
more confident in speaking English. Louise always had lots of interesting
topics of conversation. I also learned a lot of things about New York and
the United States. Those classes are a wonderful memory of my time in New
York."
